Action Unicorn
Controller or Mouse and KB.
Keyboard
Space - Jump
Mouse 1 -- Magic
Mouse 2 -- Attack
Shift -- Walk
Controller
I find controllers to be a way more enjoyable way to play the game. Since different controllers have different buttons, you have to set them up yourself (pressing esc to access the menu during gameplay). I recommend shoulder buttons for magic and attack, and then whatever combination of two buttons you find comfortable for run and jump.
There is currently a bug with controllers where the browser version of the game does not recognize input from the second joystick. Which means you cannot select targets with your magic. Its not a big deal, but its good to be aware of. One work around for now is to use the mouse during that section.

This is quite promising. A few parts where I was particularly annoyed with having to backtrack after some falls into water, or falls over tricky platforming sections that similarly required manually going back to the start. And I crushed myself on the second movable box by mistake. But generally zooming around at high speed felt nice in the spots where I was able to do so.
Thank you, Rana Neida is a more recent example of me doing an attempt at high speed horse platforming.
